Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, you must have made your purchase on the Grim Press Store, and you reach out to us using our Contact Form. In your message, you must include:

• your order number
• date of purchase
• email used during checkout

Foundry VTT module sales are final and not eligible for refund.

Grim Press products purchased via an external storefront (such as on DriveThruRPG.com or FantasyGrounds.com) must be refunded on those storefront. Please reach out to their support to receive a refund.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive your refund credited to your original payment method.

If you are ineligible for a refund, you will be notified via email.
